Suezenne Rose

Marcia Rose, 69 years, of Temperance, MI passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 in The Toledo Hospital. The daughter of Daniel F. and Margaret (Lopinski) Hojnacki she was born June 28, 1946 in Toledo, OH.

 A graduate of St. Mary Academy in Monroe, MI; she attended cosmetology school and worked as a beautician in Point Place. She married James Thomas Rose in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Monroe in 1970 and he preceded her in death on November 21, 2015. 

A homemaker, Suezenne enjoyed raising her 2 sons. She also worked as an aide in the Bedford Public Schools Adult Education Program and retired as a director of the Latchkey Program at Bedford Public Schools.

 She is survived by her loving sons, James Daniel Rose of Temperance, Brian Keith (Janet) Rose of Maine; mother, Margaret Hojnacki of LaSalle, MI; sister, Deborah Hojnacki of Adrian, MI; brother, David Hojnacki of Luther, MI; grandchildren, James D. Rose, Jr., Tricia Rose, Zachary Rose, Holly Rose, Nick Rose; and great-grandchild, Hunter Rose.

 She was also preceded in death by her father, Daniel and sister, Kathleen (Hojnacki) Mason.

 A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 20, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Samaria Masonic Lodge 1660 West Samaria Road Temperance, MI. Cremation has taken place. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Masonic Lodge for the use of the hall.
