Dolores “Dee” Holly, 89 years of Temperance, MI passed away peacefully on Monday, January 3, 2022 in her home under the care of ProMedica Hospice. The daughter of Leon and Hedwig (Rybczinski) Lissek she was born on November 7, 1932 in Toledo, OH.
Dolores married Bill Holly on September 27, 1952 and spent 50 wonderful years together before his passing. She enjoyed gardening and building puzzles. Dolores devoted her life to God and to her church. She was dearly loved by her ever growing family.
Dolores is survived by her children, Mike (Michael) Holly, Sandy (Jim) Noon, Jeff (Terri) Holly and Kevin (Leanne) Holly; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill and son, Matt.
The funeral mass will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church 8330 Lewis Ave Temperance, MI. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cherry Street Missions or at their website cherrystreetmissions.org/.give. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave Temperance, MI.
