I am praying for your family to feel peace and comfort at your father‘s passing. I feel blessed that my son, Michael Maxwell, married Louise, your sister. I am glad that I got to know your father, and your mother, before they both passed. Both your father and your mother were very accomplished. Their greatest accomplishments were raising a wonderful family.. I have gotten to know many of them, and I see the love and compassion that shines through them. They are the light of your father and mother that shines through them in their lives and will continue to shine.

Fred was one the most impressive men that I have ever known! I am so fortunate to have shared so much time with him golfing, going to baseball games, lunches, township events, and countless meetings with him as he developed all of our Decker Building Company subdivisions. I can't say enough to describe the positive influence he had on my life! To be anywhere close to having his integrity would be impossible. He was loved by everyone in our office and, I'm sure, by anyone whose life he touched.

Fred was an absolute joy to know! His warmth and enthusiasm made me feel like one of his kids! And that smile🥰! His achievements are numerous and admirable, but my favorites are Audrey, Zack and Heather. He helped raise beautiful children and grandchildren and I am blessed to know him through them. Sending love and prayers for comfort to the family and friends he loved.
