Jacqueline Ann Hacker, 54 years, of Temperance, MI passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 in The Cleveland Clinic after a long illness. The daughter of Anthony and Jean (Paupard) Kosnikowski she was born January 11, 1961 in Toledo.
She is survived by her daughter, Crystal (Erik) Heine; mother, Jean Wiczynski; sister, Mikey Wilhelm; niece, Rachel (Stephan) Cready and other loving family.
Jackie was also preceded in death by her Father, brothers, Anthony Jr. and Andrew Kosnikowski; Loving aunts, Shirley O’Hare, Pat Kosnikowski and Ida Paupard.
Visitation will be Friday, July 17, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Avenue Temperance, MI where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Jerry Craig.
