Jon Todd “J.T.” Miller, 49, of Temperance, MI was born February 26, 1976, and left this world far too soon, on November 29, 2025, leaving a space that can never be filled. To know J.T. was to feel his warmth, his humor, and his enormous heart. He was a man who didn’t just walk into a room—he brightened it, lifted it, brought it to life.
J.T. was the devoted husband of Andria (Byrne) for 27 years, the love of his life and his constant partner. He was the fiercely proud father of Morgan, Kenzie, and Bryce (Sierra)—his greatest joy, his truest purpose, and the people he loved beyond measure. His home was also made complete by the loyal companionship of his dogs, Natty and Nash, who adored him.
Waiting to welcome him on the other side are his father, John “Chopper” Miller and his brother, Scott Miller, whom he carried in his heart every day.
He was the cherished son of Vicki (Becker) (Steve) Mocniak and a deeply loved son-in-law to Devanie and Steve Byrne. He is also survived by his sister and brothers-in-law, Amie and Larry Taylor and Anthony Ressler. He was the best uncle to his surviving nieces, Keegan, Kendall, and Emersyn Taylor.
A Bedford High School Class of 1995 graduate, J.T. built a life grounded in hard work, loyalty, and quiet dedication. For 25 years, he gave his all to Hometown Foods, forming bonds that were more like family than coworkers.
But J.T. will be remembered most for who he was. He was the one you could call at any hour, knowing he’d show up without hesitation. He was the one whose hugs made you feel safe, whose laugh made everything seem lighter, whose energy pulled people together. His love for the University of Michigan ran deep, but it was nothing compared to the love he poured into his family.
His presence was a gift. His absence is immeasurable.
Those who knew and loved J.T. will carry his spirit forward—the joy he brought, the comfort he gave, the love he lived every single day. His memory will forever shine in the hearts of all who were blessed to be part of his life.
A celebration of life is being planned for J.T.’s final “Last One Fast One”!
