Kathryn “”Katy”” Suzanne Kremnetz, 70 years, of Temperance, MI passed away on March 7, 2021 in her home. The daughter of Walter and Ileene (Belcher) Castor she was born on April 3, 1950 in Toledo, OH.
Katy was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Erie, MI. She was registered nurse completing her studies from the St. Vincent School of Nursing. Katy enjoyed quilting, reading, playing cards and board games.
Kathryn is survived by her children, Dale (Senny) Kremnetz, Suzy (Chris) McGibbeny, Kenny (Terri) Kremnetz and Chrissy (Mark) Miller; grandchildren , Devon (Madison) McGibbeny, Kyle McGibbeny, Collen Cooper, JD and Ashli Kremnetz, Kylie and Kinleigh Miller; siblings, Patty (Wayne) Dixon, Dan (Marcia) Castor; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; and brothers, Ed and Bob.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave Temperance, MI. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church 2214 Manhattan Street Erie, MI. Burial will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Masks are required during both the visitation and mass.
The family would like to thank all of her friends at Moon Gate for making her feel at home this past year.
