Margaret Ellen Fisher, known by all as Margie, 75, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2016, with her son by her side. She is survived by her son, Michael (Katja) Classic; grandchildren, Juliana and Colin; siblings, Jim (Karen) Jensen, John (Patti) Jensen, Christine (Tim) Fox, Janice (Tim) Korhumel, and all her nieces and nephews.
Margie was born on May 28, 1941, to Linden and Catherine (Dazell) Jensen in Toledo, Ohio. Her greatest joy was serving others, especially children in need, always donating toys and crafts to hospitals and churches. Her smile and generous heart was a gift she shared with all. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially spoiling her grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews. Her chocolate chip cookies and her wonderful gift bag filled with toys and goodies will be remembered by all.
Family and friends may visit, Monday, September 12, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel, 8300 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI. The Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Temperance, MI where a visitation will be at 10 a.m. Burial will be private.
