Patricia Kay Irvin, 77 years, of Blissfield, MI went to be with our Lord on April 13, 2020 while surrounded by her family. The Eldest child of Henry and Josephine (Ohsowski) Salach, she was born August 30, 1942 in Detroit, MI.
Raising 3 sons was Pat’s main focus and joy for much of her life. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. Pat spent the last 45 years of her life living with her beloved sister Libby, whom she was eternally grateful for. She also had a deep love for America and the military in particular. Pat retired from Medical Mutual of Ohio in 2005 after 22 years.
Later in life, Pat developed a passion for showing dogs. At first Standard Schnauzers and then Chihuahuas. For approximately 15 years, with her sister Libby, they traveled throughout the tri-state area in their beloved motor home (Betsie) and all the dogs.
Patricia is survived by her children, David (Elaine), John (Teca), Michael (Denise); sister, Libby; grandchildren, Amber, Stephanie, Danielle, Sarah, Nick, Mariah, Nicholas, and Emily; nieces, nephews, aunt, uncle, numerous cousins, and her beloved Chihuahua Mia.
