Thomas “”Tom”” J. Kujawa, 65 years, of Sylvania, OH passed away at his home on Monday, April 19, 2021. He was born on April 3, 1956 to Anthony and Dorothy (Kleparek) Kujawa Jr. in Toledo, OH.
Tom graduated from Whitmer High School in 1974. He was a partner in the family business, Toledo Tool and Die Co. for 47 years serving in various capacities. Tom enjoyed baseball and hockey and loved attending the Toledo Mud Hens and Walleye games. He was an avid collector of commemorative plates and history books from the Old West to World War II. Tom loved going to the movies and would be our family’s resident movie critic and share his reviews with us. He was very patriotic and loved his country.
Tom was very loved by his family and will be missed by all who knew him. His wit and humor were always special at family gatherings and will never be forgotten.
Tom was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Kujawa Jr. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Kujawa; brothers, Anthony (Juliann) Kujawa III, David (Traci) Kujawa; nieces, Frances (Nate) Brink and Laura (Husein) Yaghnam; nephew, Adam (Bianca) Kujawa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at Noon in the Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave Temperance, MI 48182. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
