Barbara Ann Trychel, 82 years of Temperance, MI passed away July 12, 2016. The daughter of Ellsworth and Ella (Scalice) Craig, she was born January 15, 1934. She was married to the love of her life Richard Trychel for over 62 years. Hairdresser and Full time perfect mother she loved cooking, family gatherings, her soap operas, painting and even fishing.
Before moving to Temperance she worked for 10 years at Magnum Electric in Erie, MI. For over 15 years Barbara and Richard owned and operated Heines Landing Campground in Hillman, MI.
She is survived by her husband Richard Sr. children, Debbie Gwinn, Richard Jr. (Jane) Trychel, Craig (Jeni) Trychel, Kirk Sr. (Dee) Trychel; brother, Pete Craig; sister-in-law, Nancy Raitz; grandchildren, Melissa (Arnold), Angel (Daniel), Baria, Kirk Jr. (Ellen), Lisa (Donald), Justin; great-grandchildren, Desiree (Tommy), Chelsie (Brad), Hugh, Joshua, Nykia, Hannah, Audrey and great-great-grandchildren, Emma and Ava. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jack Craig; sister, Billie DelBrocco and niece Linda Puhl.
Funeral services will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave Temperance, MI.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
