Beth Ann Woodson, 59 years, of Lambertville, MI passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023 in Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania, OH. The daughter of Harry and Grace (Mohr) Scherting she was born June 4, 1964 in Toledo, OH. A 1982 graduate of Bedford High School, she then obtained an associates degree from The University of Toledo. Beth had various jobs, most notably she worked as a bank teller for Key Bank, but her favorite job was being a mother and a wife.
Beth enjoyed tending to her plants, baking, and taking care of her home.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Scott Woodson; children, Kevin (Bethany) Woodson, Erica (fiancé Ethan Beck) Woodson; siblings, Mary (Chuck) Busdicker, Sandra Godfrey, Joe Scherting, Steve (Cindy) Scherting, Cindy Cappadora, David Scherting, Marcia (Bruce) Gentry, and Jeff (Robin) Scherting. She was preceded in death by her children, Samantha and Adam; her parents, Harry and Grace; brother, John Scherting; mother-in-law, Frances Woodson; brother-in-law, Bill Cappadora, and sister-in-law, Peggy Scherting.
Visitation will be Monday, July 10, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave. Temperance, MI. The funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Temperance. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Donations may be made to Cure SMA or to the American Cancer Society.
