Carol Ann Krohn, 86 years, of Lambertville, MI passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026 in St. Anne Mercy Hospital, Toledo, OH. The daughter of Richard and Ruth (Varnes) Rokicki, she was born November 23, 1939 in Toledo.
Carol had worked for 32 years in the office at Jeep Corporation, retiring in 1998. She married Kenneth Krohn on April 15, 1961 and he preceded her in death after she had cared for him for 17 years after suffering a stroke.
A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she always put the needs of her family first. Carol had a special way of making every holiday celebration feel magical and she never forgot a birthday or important occasion. Some of her happiest moments were spent holding her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and rocking them to sleep. Carol shared a particularly special bond with her great-granddaughter, Kamryn, who visited her nearly every day and she also spoke with her friend and sister-in-law, Nancy Krohn, every day.
She enjoyed reading, making it a point to read every morning. Her love, thoughtfulness, and devotion to her family will be deeply missed and cherished forever.
She is survived by her 3 daughters, Joleen Krohn, Amy Holly, and Melissa (Ron) Perry; grandchildren, Nichole (Greg) Scheuer, Heather Holly, Kaitlyn (Ridge) Clegg, Tyler Perry, Allie Perry (Jakob Wiemer), great-grandchildren, Colton and Luke Scheuer, and Khloe and Kamryn Clegg.
