Dean Robert Hetzel

July 16, 1955 - June 1, 2025

Dean Robert Hetzel, 69 years, of Toledo, OH passed away on June 1, 2025. The son of Robert and Carole (McKeone) Hetzel he was born July 16, 1955 in Toledo. He had worked in the steel industry for Doral Corporation for many years.

​In 2001 Dean married Rebecca and she survives. He loved going to the cabin up North in Mio, Michigan and enjoyed hunting there. A NASCAR Racing fan he looked forward to watching the races.

​He is also survived by his mother, Carole; grandson, Jordan (Kelly) Willis; and sisters, Janice (Tim) Blosser and Connie Kortgoede.

​He was preceded in death by his father and daughter, Tamara Willis.

​A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

​Arrangements entrusted to Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel, 8300 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI.
