Flossie L. Brockway ( Cousino) 82 years of Petersburg , MI., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 20, 2021, surrounded by her loving family in Ebeid Hospice Sylvania , OH.
The daughter of James and Armella ( McGowen) Cousino, she was born July 1, 1939 in Sylvania, OH. She married the love of her life, Ellsworth Brockway and spent 61 wonderful years together.
After working over 30 years for Crestview Club Apartments Sylvania , OH, she retired. Flossie enjoyed listening to music and spending time with her kids and grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving children, Janet Brockway of Petersburg, MI., Marilyn Pifer of Blissfield, MI., Tina (Robert) Busby of Dundee , MI., Darrell Brockway of Petersburg, MI; 3 grandchildren, Eric (Alyson) Pifer of Jasper, MI., Gregory Busby of Monroe , MI., Jaclyn Busby of Monroe, MI; great grandchildren, Blake Busby and Everhett Pifer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellsworth; sons , Daniel and Robert; 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave. Temperance, MI. Visitation will also be Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 Noon.
Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg MI.
