Gloria Joan Price, 93 years, of Ottawa Lake, MI passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 in her son, David’s home, under the care of ProMedica Hospice. A hairdresser, she had at one time owned her own business, LaSands Beauty Shop. The daughter of Herbert and Agnes (Surber) Vernier she was born January 25, 1922 in Syracuse, NY.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Horace “Curly” Price and her 12 siblings.
She is survived by her loving children; sons, Glen (Fhonda), Dave (Mickey); daughter, Sandra (Donald) Rice; 10 grandchildren, Dianna, Dawn, David, Daniel, Lori, Doug, Melinda, Sean, Ken Woodard and Dan and Eric Stark; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 4 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. in Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Avenue Temperance, MI. Cremation will follow.
Memorial donations may be made to ProMedica Hospice.
