James “Jimmie” Henry Stewart, 42 years, of Findlay, OH passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 in Toledo Hospital. The son of Brenda Herrod-Gonzalez (Shorter) he was born on March 19, 1980 in Fort Polk, LA.osp
He was a Simple Man with a gypsy soul. He was a great cook who made the best breakfast burritos, boiled peanuts, and chicken noodle soup. He was very artistic and creative. He loved his family endlessly; he always supported his friends and never met a stranger. He would give away his last dollar to help someone in need. Jimmie lived life to the fullest and loved making people laugh. A painter for many years he served his country as a Ranger in the Army from 1998-2001.
Jimmy is survived by his children, Maylai, Danae, Triniti, Christian and Kyah Stewart; mother, Brenda Harrod-Gonzalez (Kenton, OH); siblings, Ginger McCoy (Dunkirk, Ohio), Corey Harrod-Gonzalez (Kenton, Ohio) and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Riverbend Park, Shelter #6 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. everyone is encouraged to wear blue, as it was his favorite color.
