Jo-Ann Marie Pawlaczyk, 65, of Erie, MI passed away August 24, 2017 after a 10 year battle with breast cancer. Jo-Ann was born on May 21, 1952 in Toledo, OH to Leo III and Dorothy (Rybka) Florkowski . She was a Harriet Whitney High school graduate of 1970 and loved cooking, baking, reading, camping, fishing, scrabble, puzzles, but most of all her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Sr.; children, Mark Sr. (Christina) Pawlaczyk, Brian (Jennifer) Pawlaczyk, Dennis (Sarah) Pawlaczyk Jr., Mary (Stephen) Green; grandchildren, Nicholas, Arianna, Brianna, Megan, Mark Jr., Jenna and Landon Pawlaczyk, Ashlynn and Kadence Green; Brother, Leo II (Colleen) Florkowski and sister Patricia (Gerald) Tuite. Jo-Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Leo III and Dorothy Florkowski.
Memorial Gathering will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave Temperance, MI where the Memorial Service will be at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or to American Cancer Society.
