Morris Lynn Jones

Morris Lynn Jones, 82 years, of Temperance, MI passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 28, 2024. The son of Hughie and Lula Mae (Hatmaker) Jones he was born August 2, 1941 in Briceville, TN.

Morris attended Briceville School and graduated from Lake City High School. A member of Barton Smith Masonic Lodge 613. He worked for 40 years at GM Powertrain in Toledo, OH. Morris liked to go Up North and go deer hunting. He was a member of Laurel Branch Baptist Church.

Morris is survived by his children; Jeannie (Eric) Prey, David Jones and Julia (Wesley) Huff; grandchildren, Libby Huff and Daniel Huff. He was also married to Barbara Wright and Mary Rachel Walker later in life. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Linda and his sister, Wyvonne (Glenn) Wright. Morris loved his family.
