Nancy E. Barchard

March 13, 1942 - March 7, 2024

Nancy went to Collinwood High School and has fond memories of growing up in Cleveland. Her father helped to build the Terminal Tower, a Cleveland landmark skyscraper. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends, watching British TV, looking at house plans and houses, and shopping. She also enjoyed time volunteering at various organizations

She is survived by her son, Paul (Joe) Fausz of MI; daughters, Susan (Richard) Kinkoph (nee Fausz) of VA and Amy (Glenn) Marcotte (nee Fausz) of RI; loving step-daughters, Suzanne (Chris) Hanzely, Sandra (Kevin) James and Sharon (Greg) Piper all of OH; grandchildren, Melissa Kinkoph (Robby Glade), Justin Kinkoph, Chad Lehofer, Nicole (Kirk) Larsen, Luis (Janna) Lopez, William Lopez, Gabrielle Lopez, Kathryn (David) Allen, Matthew Helminiak, Rylee Piper and Lauren Piper (Nick Mahoney), and the two who made her “The Great One,” Jaden and Tyler.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Barchard; her parents William and Magdalen Regenhardt (nee Kaczmarek) and sister, Ruth (James) Bizzarri.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any SPCA as both Nancy and William held a soft spot for their fur-legged friends. Burial is private. I have been so blessed to have Nancy in my life. She has been a source of strength and comfort and laughter and beauty from the very beginning that God put her in our lives at Grace United Methodist Church. To call her my friend makes me so proud and I am going to miss our conversations , her hugs, our girls night and our celebrations. I can’t thank God enough putting her in my life. Cindi
