Norman J. Budziszewski, 90 years, of Lambertville, MI passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 in Aspen Grove, Lambertville. The son of Victor and Bernice (Hyzy) Budziszewski he was born May 6, 1925 in Buffalo, NY. He and his family settled in Detroit, MI.
Norman served in the U.S. Naval Service during WWII.
Norman was a Tool and Die maker but became plant manager for many years and various factories. He loved to golf and took great pride in taking care of his golf course, Greenbrier Golf Club in Moody, TX. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and The Elks Club.
Norman is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Dolores (Paluszewski); 7 children, Kathy Ryan, Tom (Michelle) Budziszewski, Marilyn (Rick) Ellis, James (Becky) Budziszewski, Joyce Budziszewski, Janice Budziszewski, Carole (Dan) Taylor; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Avenue Temperance, MI. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Clement Catholic Church 3030 Tremainsville Rd., Toledo where he will lie in state after 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Toledo with Military Honors conducted by Lambertville VFW Post #9656.

Uncle Norman was welcomed by his three brothers, Henry, Leonard & Bernard into Life Everlasting. May his peaceful departure from his time on this earth leave you with only pleasant memories to be shared with the next generations.....29 and counting.....
My most vivid memory of Uncle Norman is loudly telling us to sing "Jingle Bells" so that Santa would come to Busia & Dziadzia's basement where the 15 grandchildren eagerly waited. I know I always looked forward to that gathering and Santa's arrival, with bells jingling as he came down the stairs!!
