Patricia Lewandowski

Patricia Ann Lewandowski, 79 years, of Lambertville, MI passed December 19, 2015 in her  home surrounded by her loving family. The daughter of Harry and Marie (Kempinski) Nowowiejski she was born April 30, 1936 in Toledo, Ohio.

 Patricia graduated Whitney Vocational High School Toledo in 1954. Patricia married the love of her life Lawrence J. Lewandowski Jr. on April 30, 1960 in St. Anthony’s Church and they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2010 at Regina Coeli Church. 

Patricia was a member of both the Altar and Rosary Societies for many years at Regina Coeli Catholic Church. She was the former Regina Coeli girls basketball coach for many years and was part of the sports club.

Patricia worked as a file room supervisor for legal and business firms retiring in 1997.                   

Patricia enjoyed watching sports and was a huge Peyton Manning fan. She enjoyed bowling and was on many different leagues and liked her monthly lunches with her girlfriends.

 She is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence; mother, Marie Nowowiejski; children, Pamela Jean (Curt) Bingham, Kimberly Ann Morton; grandchildren, Cara Elizabeth (Adam) Burden, Nicole Lee (Chris Gibson) Morton; great-grandson, Anthony Lawrence Burden. Also surviving are her siblings, Robert (Mary Jean) Newman, Jerry (Nancy) Newman, Mary Ellen (Charles) Perryman, Barbara Jean (Dennis) Lump and John (Debbie) Nowowiejski.

 She was preceded in death by her father Harry Nowowiejski.

           Visitation will be held Monday, December 28, 2015 from 2:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m in Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Avenue Temperance, MI. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, December 29 at 11:00 a.m in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Temperance where she will lie in state after 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
