Philip Wayne Varner, age 60, of Toledo, OH passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 in his home after a short battle with lung cancer. The son of Donald and Gladys (Borling) Varner he was born July 12, 1958 in Toledo, OH.
Philip graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo on July 27, 1991 with a Juris Doctor Degree. Philip was a dedicated lawyer working as a Contract Mediator for Lucas County Juvenile Court since 2007 and a Public Defender for Toledo Municipal Court under Judge Michelle Wagner. In his spare time, Philip enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his loving Aunt LuDonna Wlodarski; cousin, Mike Wlodarski. He was preceded in death by his parents and loving aunt, Phyllis Borling.
