Sally D. (Malkowski) Kremnetz, 97, of Erie, MI, passed away on April 24, 2018. She was born on January 16, 1921 in Toledo to Stanislaus and Pauline Malkowski.
Sally was a long time member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Erie, MI. She was one of the most strong-willed, tell-it-like-it-is women you could ever know! Growing up around grandma you never went hungry. She loved to cook and eat good food. She loved sitting outside under the apple trees but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Sally is survived by her children, Mary Jane (Tom) Gardiner, Jerry (Pam) Kremnetz, Betty Kremnetz; grandchildren, Tom (Linda), Jim (Wendy), Steve, Suzy (Chris), Chrissy (Mark), Kenny (Terri), Dale (Cinni), Tammi; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild and her fury companion Honkers. She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Harry; son, Dale Kremnetz; siblings, Stanley, Walter, Henry and Joe Malkowski.
Visitation will be held Friday April 27, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave. Temperance, MI. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday April 28, 2018 at 8:30AM in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Erie, MI. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
