Terrie Ann Melzak

Terrie Ann (Lorann) Melzak, 66 years, of Toledo, OHpassed away on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Ebeid Campus Sylvania, OH in the presence of her children after a long battle with dementia. The daughter of John and Doris (Kenney) Lorann she was born on June 4, 1957 in Toledo, OH.

She enjoyed spending time with family and is survived by her three children, Andrew (Renee) Melzak, Amy (Randall) Morris and Aaron Melzak; two grandchildren, Cassie Morris and Brooklyn Melzak.

Terrie was an avid reader who enjoyed murder mysteries and true crime. She also enjoyed music with her favorites being Celine Dion and The Carpenters.  Terrie also had an affinity for animals and loved all her pets over the years (her dogs: Piddles, Hershey, Bentley and Gracie and also her cat Samantha).

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Lorann and brother, Douglas Lorann

A memorial gathering will be on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Ave. Temperance, MI. where a memorial service will be at 6:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
