On Tuesday, February 1, 2022 we lost a wonderful amazing man. William “Bill” M. Santure was born on November 30, 1954 to Robert and Lois Jean (Schroeder) Santure in Ypsilanti, MI. He passed away in his Temperance, MI home at the age of 67.
From an early age he worked on numerous farms. That led him to the work ethic he had to take care of his family. He was considered the guard master at BTI where he worked and medically retired after 23 years.
Bill was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend. The kind of person that would do anything for anybody. His dream was to retire in Tennessee and enjoy the leisure life of fishing, boating, and being with good friends but, that was cut short.
He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth “Beth” M. (Bathgate); 3 children, Jacob, Billy (Jocelyn), Amy Shirey; 4 grandchildren, Hunter and Hannah Shirey, Austin Santure, and Addy Hurst; with an honorable mention to Taylor and Lili Higgins; siblings, Judy (Nick) Bauder, Craig Santure, Karen Santure; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will never be forgotten. He will be loved forever.
