Zachary (Zach) Thomas Wagenhauser, 19, of Sylvania OH, passed away on December 16th 2014 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
Zach was born on September 3rd, 1995 in Toledo OH, to Tina (Ogle) Wagenhauser and Matt Wagenhauser.
Zach graduated from Sylvania Northview High School in 2014 and was attending Owens Community College with plans of transferring to the University of Toledo.
While at Northview, Zach participated in Football, Wrestling, and the sport he loved, Baseball. While there, he also met his true love, Emma Scanes, a fellow graduate of Sylvania Northview. Together, they were inseparable and Emma brought purpose, joy and peace to Zach’s life.
Prior to transferring to Northview in 2012, Zach attended Bedford Public Schools, where he made friends with some of the best young men and women in the world. Zach participated in the 3B Youth Baseball program in Bedford as a child and young adult and looked forward to coaching a team and passing along his love for baseball.
In addition to being a student, Zach was employed at Industrial Power Systems where he enjoyed learning new skills and working with his hands.
Surviving Zach are his loving mother and father as well as his brothers Connor (17) and Lucas (7). Also surviving Zach are his Aunt Tamara “”Tami”” Miller (Ogle), cousins Michael and Aaron Miller; Aunt and Uncle Tanya and Kevin Wagenhauser; cousin Stephanie Flores (Wagenhauser) and many family and friends who dearly loved him. Zach is preceded in death by his grandparents Tom and Barbara Ogle and Gary and Misoon (Connie) Wagenhauser.

Visitation will be Friday, December 19, 2014 from 2 PM until 8 PM in Urbanski’s Bedford Funeral Chapel 8300 Lewis Avenue Temperance, MI where the Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1 PM. Cremation will follow. Online condolences may be shared at www.bedfordfuneralchapel.com.
